Rankings are determined solely by the total amount contributed to each listing. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted content.

3. Your Responsibilities

By posting or boosting a warning, you agree that:

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Common LLC. Payments are non-refundable. Funds pay for listing and visibility on the platform — not for verified investigations or guaranteed outcomes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, receives valid legal requests, or poses harm. Removed listings are not refunded.

6. DMCA / Takedown Requests

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with a detailed takedown request including identification of the material and your contact information. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability
